Puppies are picked up in the afternoon and with a preset appointment time. 
We are in a private home and not a store. We have specific hours and are not always available.

EVAPORATED MILK
Buy 3 - 4 cans and add some to water to flush
 out the bladder after flying.  Strong urine can irritate skin. This is also useful when changing environments.  Please, make this transition
 easier for your puppy.

 Water must be available, always. Taking water away from your puppy is not the way to solve a potty training issue.  Taking water away is the beginning a creating a health problem.

Think about spills and drips, now.  Place a bathmat or towel under bowls or containers.  Be careful to avoid falls.
